Mr. Wayne Sutherland is Managing Director of Jamaica Venture Fund, a company that makes venture capital investments.  He also serves as a director of Caribbean Money Market Brokers and Intercommercial Bank Limited. 

He served as a Director of the Securities Commission in Jamaica from 1993 to 2001.  Mr. Sutherland is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
