Mr. Richard J. Trotman
Mr. Trotman, who is currently President of CIB (Clico Investment Bank) has substantial experience in the Financial sector which includes establishing the Bond Trading Division, a pioneering secondary market bond trading function, managing Treasury and Money Market functions and being responsibility for Treasury, Structured Finance, Accounting and Regional Merchant Banking functions for a major bank.
He has been involved in Corporate Finance, Investments, Divestments, Corporate Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions and Project Evaluation and Financing. He is a Director of Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited (JMMB) and Flavorite Foods Limited.
Richard holds both B.Sc. and M.Sc. Degrees in Accounting from UWI. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago. He has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is a Lecturer in Finance and related subjects at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.
